Edith Atkins, 80, of Murfreesboro, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at her residence. Mrs. Atkins was born in Cocke County, TN to the late Dennis and Beulah Ragan. Mrs. Atkins was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Charles Ross Atkins Jr. She is survived by her sons, Charles Landon Atkins of Bell Buckle; James Bruce Atkins of Murfreesboro; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Private service.
