On February 8, 2022 family and friends said goodbye to a beautiful soul.. William H. “Trey” Holt, III, 45 of Murfreesboro, TN.

Trey is survived by his parents William H. (Sheria Burch) Holt, Jr. and Shirley Hanna Cherry; brother Prentiss Holt and sister, Stephanie Holt; nephew London Bailey Holt. Extended family Joshua and Barbara Garrett, Annslee Oats, and Savannah Garrett.

Trey was preceded in death by his step-father, Glenn F. Cherry, and grandparents, William H. and Edna Holt of Tullahoma, TN and William Troy and Beatrice Fulton Hanna of Hemingway, SC

Trey was a graduate of Riverdale High School. He worked at the Murfreesboro YMCA for 8 years and 4 years at the Apple Logistics Packing Plant in Mount Juliet.

Trey never met a stranger and was blessed in his lifetime to be a blessing to others. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, horseback riding and in general life.

Visitation with the family will be held 4:00-8:00pn Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 11:00am Friday, February 11, 2022 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home Cherie Jobe and Ray Patrick officiating. Interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Tullahoma, TN.
