Master Sgt John Chartres Reynolds passed away on February 3, 2022. John fought a losing battle with cancer for almost three years and passed away peacefully in his sleep.
He is survived by his son; Jay Reynolds, his daughter-in-law; Katie Reynolds, grandchildren; Layla Reynolds and Bodie Reynolds.
John was a 24 year veteran of the US Army and served wherever called including; Germany, Okinawa, Vietnam, and a numerous bases in the United States - Massachusetts, Kentucky, Georgia, Hawaii, Arizona, North Carolina, and Florida.
He served in various capacities in the Army. A highly decorated soldier he was most proud of being a member of the Special Forces.
Visitation with the family will be at Murfreesboro Funeral Home on Monday, February 7, 2022, from 10am - 11am with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 11am in the chapel.
