Franklin D. “Frank” Wells Sr., age 86 passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
Preceded in death by son David Scott Wells, grandchild Lindsey Foland, mother and father, brother and sisters.
Survived by his loving wife of 61 years Mildred “Millie” Wells; children Frank D. (Randa) Wells Jr., Judy Foland, Debra (Gary) Casteel, Vicki (Timothy) Thompson, John (Hope) Wells, and Bethany (Robert) True; grandchildren Jonathan Wells, Hannah Wells, Mandy McCarter, Katelyn (Ruben) Wells, Nicholas (Sophie) True, Jeremiah Thompson, Samara (Ethan) Soyars, Savannah (Nathaniel) Casteel, Lauren (Logan) Bailey, Bryan Rouster , and 11 great grandchildren.
Frank was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to all he knew. He was lovingly known as Grandpa, Grampy, and Papa to his grandkids. He loved the Lord and attended World Outreach Church. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and his love for Nascar.
Visitation with the family will be 10:00 am until 12:30 pm Friday, September 24, 2021 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm at Evergreen Cemetery.
