Obituary of Clarence Edward Young

Clarence (Pete) Edward Young, age 76 of Murfreesboro, TN went to his heavenly home on Saturday, August 21, 2021. He was retired from General Electric after 31 ½ years and a lifelong farmer. He was a member of the Florence Church of Christ. Clarence was born on November 5, 1944, to the late Tommy Sr. and Bonnie Parker Young. Also preceded in death by his wife; Cherry Young, and great grandson; Otto Moody. Mr. Young was survived by his daughters; Shannon (Wayne) Stafford, Kelly Young, Brandie Young, son; Chad Young, grandchildren; Steven, Kayla, Brittany, Amanda, Hope, Hudson, Ella, Autumn, Izabell, 9 great grandchildren, brothers; Tommy Young Jr., Jerry Young, Jimmy (Sherry) Young, Buddy (Cathy) Young, Don (Debbie) Young, sister; Martha (Jimmy) Woodard, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be held at Florence Church of Christ in Murfreesboro, TN on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, from 4pm – 6 pm. Service will be Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at 1:30pm at Florence Church of Christ. Interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Bro. Jimmy Carver officiating.
