Walter Edward Smith Sr, age 74 of Smyrna, TN went to be with the Lord on February 20, 2021.
He was a retired plant manager at Nashville Recycling and a member of Fresh Vision Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Ernest and Pauline McCormick Smith, and a brother Jesse Clayton Smith.
He was survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Hazel Smith, son; Eddie Smith, sister; Patricia Hunt, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Murfreesboro Funeral Home on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 10 am – 12 pm with service with follow at 12pm in the chapel. Interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Derek Purser officiating.
