Marjorie “Lynn” Rogers, 61, of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away suddenly on March 23rd 2020.
Lynn was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Glenn and Loretta Summit on January 1st, 1959. She went to high school at Grace King High School in Metairie Louisiana and graduated in 1977. She was a dedicated wife, daughter, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending most of her time with her family. Lynn was always there to be a helping hand, a listening ear, and a loving heart. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Lynn is survived by her husband of nearly 38 years, Richard Rogers; Her children, Hannah Lane and Kelly Rogers; Her parents, Glenn and Loretta Summit; Her grandson, Christopher “Tripp” Allan Lane III. She is preceded in death by her brother, Allen Summit.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Murfreesboro Funeral Home and Cremation Services 615-896-2229.
