Obituary of Chad Ashley Ghee

Chad Ashley Ghee, age 35, passed away suddenly in an automobile accident early Saturday morning December 7, 2019.  He was born in Rutherford County and worked for Davenport Excavating.  He was loved and cherished by his many family members and friends. Chad had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to make people laugh.

Chad is survived by his parents, father Aaron Ghee (Vicky Ladd) and mother Denise (Jerry) Meeks, daughter Jenna Ghee, son Cadence Petrella, brother Scottie (Korinna) Ghee, sister April (Jeremy) Kowalski, step-brothers Michael Meeks and Anthony (Jenny) Meeks, and his grandparents Sammie R. and Pauline Brown of Rockvale. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather John Ghee, grandmother Sue Ghee, aunt Cynthia Brown and cousin Jeffrey McKnight.

Visitation will be Monday, December 9, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held 10:00 am Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Covington Cemetery, 8052 Jackson Ridge Rd, Rockvale, TN 37153
