Gary Lewis Smith, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, Tennessee.
Mr. Smtih was born on February 7, 1949 to Cyrus and Ruth Lewis Smtih in Clarksville, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his children, Justin Smith and Lindsey Smtih; one grandchild, Nolan Smith, all of Murfreesboro.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2019 from 9:00 am until the Memorial Service at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
