Obituary of Kenny Caperton

Kenny Caperton, 83 of Smyrna, passed away Friday, January 14, 2011 at Good Samaritan and Rehab. Mr. Caperton was born in Lawrenceburg, TN to the late George and Mabel Caperton. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a Railroad Engineer.
Mr. Caperton was preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Shirby Jean Caperton. He is survived by his sons, Jerry (Bene) Fann of Symrna; Ricky (Lynn) Fann of Almaville; daughters, Margaret Bain of Shelbyville; Mary Bain of Smyrna; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 11:00am at Mapleview Cemetery with Bro. Jim Hamilton officiating and with Military Honors.
