My heart aches for the Baker-Grubb families to lose your precious loved one Gwyn, after just 38 way too short years, way too young, way too soon. I know Gwyn has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. Words are so limited that can give comfort, so I would like to share with you a beautiful scripture where Jesus makes us a wonderful promise at John 5:28, which says: "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." . Our heavenly father promises us to do away with man's worst enemy, death at Rev. 21: 4 which reads: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. John 6:40 Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. I offer my sincere condolences to the family.
