Ronald Christopher George Sr., 52 of Murfreesboro passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at Alive Hospice Resident. Mr. George was born in Nashville, TN. He was a member of River Rock Baptist Church. Mr. George is survived by his wife, Laura George; son, Chris (Danielle) George Jr. of Christiana; daughter, Ashley George of Lebanon; step daughters, Tara Johnson; Elise Johnson both of Murfreesboro; parents, Felix D. and Mary Louis George of Brentwood; brothers, Paul George of Canton, OH; Felix George III of Antioch; Stephen George of Antioch; sisters, Lecia Niravong of Smyrna; Sharon Vaden, of Bowling Green, KY; granddaughter, Autumn Faith Sweatt of Lebanon; several nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, September 7, 2011 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Thursday, September 08, 2011 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thursday, September 08, 2011 at 2:00pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. Don Herron officiating. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be children he has coached and River Rock Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers family ask for donations to be made to River Rock Baptist Church.
