Jerry Wayne Smith, age 69, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2016. H was born to the late Sam and Johnnie L. Martin Smith on July 4, 1947 in Bridgeport, Alabama.
Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Faye Smith; sons, Shane (Christy) Smith and Chris Smith; six grandchildren and two brothers also survive, Johnny Smith and Robert “Bob” Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 4 pm until 8 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home Chapel at 11 am with Brother Darrell Lewis. Burial will follow at Whitworth Cemetery in Christiana, Tennessee.
