William Dwayne Billings, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. Mr. Billings was born to Oscar and Clara Benders Billings in Sedelia, MO on January 16, 1933. He was a retired U.S. Navy Veteran of 20 years and worked as a distribution manager.
Mr. Billings was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Dwayne Billings and a daughter Regina Billings.
Survivors include a son, Jamie Ralph Billings and wife Sandy, grandchildren, Francis Dwayne Billings, Michael Billings and Tracy Thurman.
There will be no visitation or services.
