Obituary of Norma Lorraine Booth

Norma Lorraine Booth, age 91, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Tyronza, AK on December 30, 1924 to Cecil and Susan Hubbard.
Mrs. Booth was preceded in death by her parents, husband, James F. Booth, sister, Jeannie Spivey and brother, George Hubbard.
Survivors are sons, Mike Booth and wife Ann, Phillip Booth and wife Gwen, daughter, Rena Baker and husband William, grandchildren, Amanda Dawson and husband Chris and Phillip Michael Booth, great grandchild, James Ryan Dawson.
Mrs. Booth loved her family and church, Stones River Baptist Church. She was a longtime Sunday school teacher. Sewing and upholstery work was a great enjoyment for her.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 from 5 pm until 7 pm at Stones River Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 10 am with Bro. W. D. Thomason officiating. Interment will be in Mapleview Cemetery.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to any of the following in Mrs. Booth's memory, St. Jude, Smyrna Library, or Stones River Baptist Church Sunday School Class.
