Melvina Hirlston,Age 65, passed away October 11, 2016. She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Knight; son, JD Hirlston; grandchildren, Cole & Ryan Hirlston, and brothers, Johnny, Jimmy and Jessie Pentecost.
She is survived by her husband, James Hirlston; children, Elizabeth Powell, Jeffrey White, Dewayne White, Kim Warrick, James Monroe Hirlston Jr., Jackie Hirlston, Jerry Lee Hirlston, 22 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends for visitation at Murfreesboro Funeral Home, Thursday, October 13, from 4-8pm and Friday from 10am-12:30pm followed by the funeral service at 12:30pm. Officiated by Minister Billy Webb.
