Tye A. Middleton, age 44, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Tye was a social worker who worked with special needs adults.

Tye was born on November 7, 1981, in Columbia, MO to the late Gary and Constance Middleton. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his grandmother, Eloise Middleton.

He is survived by his brothers, Shawn (Deann) Middleton and Justin (Jennifer) Middleton; nephew, Jordan (Ashlee) Middleton; uncle, Jimmy Weaver; cousin, Barbara Crider; and many other family and friends who will dearly miss Tye.

Tye was an avid Florida State Football Fan who drove to every home game from Murfreesboro.

Visitation with the family will be held at Murfreesboro Funeral Home on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 4:00pm – 6:00pm with a Memorial Service to be held at 6:00pm officiated by Brother Jimmy Carver.
