Troy was born on April 23, 1981 in Albuquerque New Mexico. He enjoyed and fell in love with the beach at a young age from his time spent there many weekends with his mom and older sister. Troy also lived and breathed sports his entire life. In his younger days he played basketball, baseball, and tennis. Growing up in Wyoming, Troy experienced all western living had to offer. From camping, hunting, and fishing with his step-father to rodeo week with his siblings and friends. After graduating from Sheridan High School (1999), Troy attended the University of Wyoming where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2003.

Later in life he took up golf and enjoyed spending time with his dad on the course. He was an avid baseball fan, and a diehard Chicago Cubs Fan. His collection of Cubby hats is too many to count! He looked forward to his annual baseball trip with his dad watching baseball live at Atlanta’s Truist Park, even though it was not always the Cubs playing. He would wake up at 5am just to catch a Liverpool game on TV and was looking forward to this years FIFA World Cup.

Troy was a talented artist who blessed many friends and family members with his beautiful artwork. He was the life of the party and could always keep a crowd entertained with his quick wit and vast knowledge.
