Florence Wells Chapman, age 93 Mishawaka, IN passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

She was born November 13, 1932, in Sewanee, TN to the late Felix and Annie Mae Garner.

Also preceded in death, 1st husband, Paul A. Wells; 4 sisters; and 2 brothers.

She is survived by her son, Paul A. Wells Jr. (Sandra); daughter, Julie Wells Tuskey (John); 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

After her husband’s death, she moved to Brunswick, GA. She lived there many years and married Luther “Junior” Chapman.

In the later years, as her health declined, she lived with her son in Murfreesboro, TN and daughter in Mishawaka, IN.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 1pm at Franklin Memorial Gardens, Cowan Highway, Winchester, TN.
