Mary M. Hoffman, age 79, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Born in Buffalo, NY in January 1946, Mrs. Hoffman is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Sophie Carducci; her husband, Stanley J. Hoffman; and her son, Jeffrey Hoffman.

She is survived by her daughter, Christine (Ron) Blockley; grandchildren, Noah and Sophia Blockley; brother, Vincent Carducci; sisters, Barbara Faltisco and Rose-Ann (James) Majerowicz; and numerous in-laws, niece, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 9am - 10am with the service to follow at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 10682 Old Nashville Hwy, Smyrna, TN 37167.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Hoffman's name can be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation; the Alzheimer's Association; or you can plant a tree in memory of her love of plants.
