Walt Wayne Forman, 58, Murfreesboro, TN (formerly of Bethany, MO) passed away Friday, October 3, 2025, at Ascension St. Thomas in Murfreesboro, TN.

Walt was born January 11, 1967, in Fort Worth, TX, the son of Gary and Lenora (Wheeler) Forman.

On May 21, 2001, he married his wife Tina in Bethany, MO. They were blessed to have spent 24 years together.

Walt was a 1985 graduate of Haltom High School in Texas. He went on to attend Tarrant County College where he received his Aviation Maintenance Technology certificate. He also attended University of Texas at Arlington where he received his OSHA 10 and 30 certification cards.

Walt worked as a Boilermaker for the last 26 years where he made lifelong friends that he considered family.

Walt loved spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing were some of his favorite hobbies. When he wasn’t traveling for work, he loved spending time with family and watching his grandson play soccer.

Walt was a member of the World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, TN.

Walt was a loving son, brother, husband, bonus dad and grandad. He was loved by so many, and his funny personality and laugh will be deeply missed.

Walt is survived by his wife, Tina Forman of Murfreesboro, TN; daughter, Bianca (Chance) Stanley of Murfreesboro, TN; grandson, Brecken; mother, Lenora Forman of Haltom City, TX; sister, Carol Wood of Haltom City, TX; stepmother, Janice Forman of Bethany, MO; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Walt was preceded in death by his father, Gary Forman and both sets of grandparents.

Memorial services will be held at a later date at Kirkley Chapel Church in Bethany, MO.
