My Dearest Auntie Shackie,
I was always so happy to see you. You were always so happy to see me too. I will never forget your fun cartoonish laugh through your teeth, “Oh! Shssh hssh hssh hssh…” You were easy to make laugh and smile. I can still feel your warmth, so comfortable and comforting to be around. You always made me feel at ease, accepted, loved and even adored. I will adore you forever. Thank you for being my always loving aunt. I will miss you.

From Jeanne Horan:
So many....... The time Jackie and I took a trip to Miami (just the two of us). When we arrived at our hotel we found a large cockroach in the room. She immediately ran from the room, slammed the door and told me to keep my eye on it while she ran for help.
Also a trip to Disney world with our family where we had a watermelon spitting seed contest. She won.
On another trip with me, in the middle of the night she got up to go to the bathroom in the dark only to sit on my lap as she couldn'tsee me as I was already on the toilet.
Every trip we took she was invited to go along and always declined. when we twisted her arm, she would reluctantly go and then thank us profusely cause she had such a great time.
I'll thank God forever for her sisterly love and the memories she leaves me with.
