Randall Scott Leverette On Sunday, January 10, 2021, Randall Scott Leverette passed away at the age of 64. Randy was born on July 12, 1956 in Marshall County, Tennessee to Melvin and Judy Leverette. He was the oldest of their four children, and he graduated from Southaven High School, Southaven, Mississippi in 1974. Before his graduation, he was already working as a produce manager for Giant Foods. In later years he enjoyed a career with O’Reilly Auto Parts as the Manager of Internet Sales Distribution Center. Randy married Gloria Perry in 1983, and they had one child, Amber Rachel who was born in 1987. Randy had a passion for motorcycling. One of his favorite places to ride was North Carolina’s Cherohala Skyway. He was an avid coin collector, and in his younger years, he enjoyed waterskiing and scuba diving. Most of all, he enjoyed time with friends and family, and he is remembered for his great laugh and infectious smile. Randy is preceded in death by his father Melvin and his mother Judy. He is survived by his daughter Amber, his former spouse Gloria, his brother Ken (Susan), his sister Karen (Ronnie Bills), his brother Phil (Lynne), many cousins, nieces, and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Randy on Tuesday, January 19 at 2:30 pm. Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 – 2:30 pm, at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home, 145 Innsbruck Boulevard. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Nashville Inner City Ministry (innercityministry.org).
