Obituary of William Doug Winstead

William “Doug” Winstead, age 85, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020.
Preceded in death by parents Woodrow Winstead and Suda Rardin.
Survived by wife Freeda Winstead, daughter Tammy (Steven) Metzgar, granddaughters Halle abd Chloe Metzgar, and brother Woody Winstead.
Mr. Winstead served as Principal at Bellwood Christian Academy until his retirement and also attended church at Bellwood Baptist Church. He and Freeda now attending Franklin Road Baptist Church.
Visitation with the family will be held 11:00am until 1:00pm Monday, November 23, 2020 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home.
Graveside service will be 2:00pm Monday, November 23, 2020 at Evergreen Cemetery with Dr. Mike Norris officiating. Friends will serve as pallbearers.
