Frank Hugh Norcom, Jr. was born September 5, 1943 in Alexandria, VA, and passed away January 5, 2016 at Adams Place in Murfreesboro at the age of 72. He was the son of Frank Hugh Norcom, Sr. and Gladys Crown Norcom and was preceded in death by his parents. Frank was a 1965 graduate of MTSU and taught industrial arts in Metro Nashville schools before working as a quality control manager in several industries. An avid home gardener, he also built furniture and enjoyed woodworking. He was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Murfreesboro. Survivors include his wife, Marcia Emmert Norcom of Murfreesboro, daughter, Margery (Ken) Hilburn of Cumming, GA, and three grandchildren, Bryson, Erin and Amy Hilburn all of Cumming, GA. Visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 9, 3-5 pm at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, Jan. 10, at 2 pm at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 1020 N Rutherford Blvd. with Pastor Brandon Eggar officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Flowers are welcome, or memorials may be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 1020 N Rutherford Blvd. Murfreesboro, TN 37130.
