Martha Dean Adcock Smotherman was born July 18, 1948 in Lascassas, TN and she passed away at her residence in Christiana on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the age of 67.
Martha was the daughter of Clyde Felix Adcock and Betsy Boyd Moore Adcock. She was married to Larry Ray Smotherman, Sr. and Mrs. Martha was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Ray Smotherman, Sr.; two sons, Larry (Linda Lee) Smotherman, Jr. of Murfreesboro and Jimmy Wayne Smotherman of Christiana; two brothers, Jimmy Sims Adcock and Randy Adcock both of Alamville; six sisters, Dorothy Fann, Retta Clark, Mary King, and Kitty Westbrooks all of Murfreesboro, June Gail of Smyrna and Patsy Bebout of Pulaski, TN.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 17, 2015, 5-7 PM followed by a memorial service at 7 PM at the New Beginnings Church at Rockvale located at 9303 Rockvale Rd in Rockvale.
