Martha Phyllis Clark Johnson was born November 15, 1936 in Louisville, KY and she passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro at the of 78.
Mrs. Martha was the daughter of the late Phillip N.Clark and Bernadine Phyllis Blount Clark. She was married to William B. Johnson who survives. She was a homemaker and attended St. Rose-Lima Catholic Church.
Mrs. Martha was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and daughter-in-law, Linda Johnson.
Survivors include her husband William "Bill" Johnson of Murfreesboro, two sons, Philip Johnson of Georgia and Robert Johnson of Lebanon. Three Grandchildren and five Great-Grandchildren also survive.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at St. Rose-Lima Catholic Church in Murfreesboro at 11:30 am with Father Nicholas Allen officiating.
