Hayden is survived by his parents, Justin Collins and Kortney Pepmeier; sister, Jalyn Pepmeier; grandparents, Jeff and Lori Pepmeier; aunts, Brandi and Kaitlin Pepmeier, all of Smyrna; grandparents, John and Sandy Collins; uncle, Jarrett Collins, all of Murfreesboro.
