Obituary of Nancy Quintana Adams

Nancy Quintana Adams was born January 27, 1925 in Puerto Rico and she passed away on Friday, January 23, 2015 in St Thomas Rutherford Hospital at the age of 89. She was the daughter of Rosa and Aleja Acevedo Quintana and was of Catholic faith. Ms. Adams was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Margaret Pettit and a grandchild Ty Green. She is survived by two daughters, Melinda Sue Adams Froehlich of LaVergne and Margie Pettit Green of Smyrna. Six grandchildren, Stefanie (Brian) Davis and Sean Froehlich both of Smyrna, Devon Froehlich of LaVergne, Josh Smith of Smyrna, Jessica Smith of Dayton, OH, and Julie Green of Smyrna. Eight Great Grandchildren, Taylor Greene, Carson Froehlich, Emma Froehlich, Rylee Davis, Baylee Davis, Cassidy Harris, Tyleigh Freeman and Faith Smith. Two nieces, Nancy Pettit Richards and Jennifer Pettit, Three nephews, Jessie Pettit, Barry Pettit and Jeff Pettit. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 28, 2015, 11 am to 2 pm with funeral services beginning at 2 PM in the Chapel of Murfreesboro Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery in Smyrna.
