Bobbie Ann Reeves Harris, 70, of Murfreesboro, passed away Saturday, February 16, 2008 at Bedford County Nursing Home. She was born in Murfreesboro to the late Herbert and Evie Lee Barrett Carter. Mrs. Harris was a retired lab technician and a member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Harris is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Randal Harris; sisters, Catherine Dunaway and Edna McCrary; brothers, Grady (Buck) Carter, Jerry Douglas Carter, Lonnie Carter. She is survived by her son, Tommy Reeves of Shelbyville; daughters, Cherie (Jim) Jobe of Murfreesboro, Donna (David) Orr of Shelbyville and Tammy (Kevin) Bush of Shelbyville; sister, Wilma (Walter) Selvidge of Shelbyville; seven grandchildren. The funeral service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, February 17, 2008 at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby McGee officiating. Burial to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm Sunday, February 17, 2008 at Murfreesboro Funeral Home. The family asks memorial donations be made to American Cancer Society.
