Obituary of Ronald Wyatt Bailey
Ronald Wyatt Bailey, age 77, of Nashville, Tennessee, died on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Alvin C. York Veterans Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN.
Born on April 23, 1940, he is survived by his wife, Pat Bailey, one son, Ronald Bailey (Becky), and five grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Dianne Gosc (Robert) and two stepsons, Timothy Cooper (Alison) and Joseph Cooper (Sara).
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Robert and Erma Wayne (Osborne) Bailey and one brother, Robert Bailey (Nancy).
Ron proudly served as a United States Marine in the Vietnam War, was honorably discharged as a staff sergeant, and he never met a stranger.
A brief service will be held Friday June 9th promptly at 2 pm at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at 7931 McCrory Lane; Nashville, Tennessee 37221.
